This beautiful 4×3.25 inch album page has been autographed by the legend herself, Janis Joplin. Janis is probably one of the most iconic songwriters of all-time, with millions of fans all over the world. She rose to stardom in 1966 with Big Brother and the Holding Company, and also had a successful solo career. She has sold between 18-20 million albums worldwide in her career! That’s a feat that’s denied to many bands/artists. Her career was cut short by an untimely death. Celebrate his rich history by owning an autographed album page of the woman herself, Janis Joplin.
The album page has been signed beautifully in blue ballpoint pen and it looks absolutely stunning. This autograph was signed in October, 1968. The ink has bled some but it is extremely normal for the age. The signature is in above average condition. The album page itself has some issues with tearing and does affect a very small portion of the upper part of her signature. But as you can see, 95% of her signature is untouched. It was ripped from an autograph book and was placed in a box with other autographs and only was unearthed in the 1980’s. Please see the photo for condition of the page. It shows and presents really well. It would look great matted in a frame. Also, at this price, this Janis autograph will NOT LAST LONG!!
