Are your autographs authentic and do they include a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, all of our autographs are certified authentic by one or more authenticators. We use a variety of different authenticators, according to their respective authenticating talents. Every autographed item that is sold by Prime Autographs will also have at least one certificate of authenticity included with the item. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Where do you get your autographs?

We get our autographs from many different sources. We purchase from other dealers, we get autographs directly from comic cons or the countless other conventions that celebrities attend. We attend both public and private signings as well as obtaining autographs at airports, hotels, clubs, and anywhere celebrities hang out. We have over a dozen runners who work to get the toughest-to-obtain autographs on the planet. No matter the source, authenticity is always the utmost important factor. What are your shipping and refund policies?

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 on any item purchased on our website. No matter how many items you purchase, you will only be billed $19.99. Our shipping method will include a tracking number and full insurance. We also have a full refund policy in effect. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or if your item shows up damaged, we will either replace the item (If we have another in stock) or issue a full refund amount, including shipping.
